Can I cancel my order?Orders placed on our website cannot be cancelled or changed once processed. We use a fulfillment company to handle our logistics. All finalized orders are immediately submitted to them for processing and shipping.

Does my package require a signature?No. All orders are shipped “no signature required” which means the package will be left at the shipping address, which may mean simply left on a residential doorstep. We are not responsible if the package is lost or stolen after carrier has completed the delivery.

Tracking You will receive an email with tracking information for your order, as soon as it ships. Packages typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days after being shipped.

Undeliverable PackagesYou are responsible for our actual shipping costs (both ways) if a package is unclaimed, refused (for reasons other than damage) or is incorrectly addressed and is then returned to us. Orders returned for these reasons are refunded less actual shipping costs. Please be sure that your address is correct and is deliverable via courier.

Shipping Restrictions We ship to the contiguous United States. Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes APO, FPO & DPO. You must provide a street address for your order. Be sure to include appropriate suite or apartment numbers when necessary to ensure proper and timely delivery of your order.

Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?We can ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipments to these two states will incur an additional $30 per address automatically added to your cart at checkout. Please contact us at orders@kitchensofafrica.com if you have additional questions.

Can you ship internationally?International shipping can be arranged with a minimum purchase of 6 items or more. Please note that you will be responsible for paying any additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.
