Our carefully curated feel-good recipes take you around the continent to indulge in iconic, regional and national dishes – dine on Yassa Djeun in Dakar, Samaki wa Kupaka in Dar es Salaam, Chicken Tagine in Fez and even Cape Malay Curry in Johannesburg – without ever setting foot on an aircraft!
We spent hours in the kitchen – peeling, chopping, dicing and slow-simmering – taking no shortcuts, so that you can. All our recipes are easy to make and rather uncomplicated, so no matter which one you choose, you are bound to experience African gastronomy at its finest.
