Wholesale Terms and Policies

Thank for your interest in Kitchens of Africa! We take great pride in crafting authentic products that are rooted in African traditions, techniques, and passed-down generational family recipes. Our products are an excellent fit for retailers who share our passion for bringing unique, exciting, and global flavors to discerning consumers. To explore a wholesale relationship with us, please fill out the wholesale application form. Your application will be reviewed and confirmed within 7 business days.

Kitchens of Africa prohibits selling of any of its product line on 3rd party websites such as (but not limited to) Amazon.com, Ebay.com, or Walmart.com, etc., unless written consent is given.  We reserve the right to terminate Reseller’s account if it is determined that Reseller is engaging in unauthorized online sales of Kitchens of Africa’s products.

In order to qualify for a wholesale account, you must adhere to the following agreements –

  • Complete a wholesale account application, providing your EIN, and Sales & Use Tax ID.
  • A minimum of $250 is required for all opening orders, and a 2-case minimum on reorders.
  • Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal are acceptable forms of payment. We also accept checks and money orders.
  • All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment for orders are required prior to shipping, by check or credit card. Orders prepaid by check will only ship once the check is cleared. Net 30-day terms are offered to retailers with a credit sheet and an established relationship with Kitchens of Africa, but will be assessed a $50 late fee for past-due invoices. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.
  • Shipping and handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total once the order is pulled and is prepared for shipment. The method and route of shipment are at Kitchens of Africa’s discretion. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship.
  • It is the responsibility of the Buyer to inspect their order upon receipt for any breakage, and that all merchandise delivered reflects exactly the items purchased and invoiced. Damage return claims must be made within 5 days of receipt. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • All sales are final after payment has been made and processing has begun, we do not allow for cancellations of wholesale orders
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for any reason, including but not limited to a poor fit with Kitchens of Africa brand image, and failure to pay after repeated attempts have been made.
